Rules of the Trade

Unfortunately in Life There are Certian Rules we Must Follow to Maintain Order.  The Recycling/Scrap Business is no Different.

You must bring ID to scrap

ID Required 

Oklahoma State Law Requires All Customers Attempting to Sell ANY Scrap Material Other Than Alumimun Cans to Show a VALID State ID.  This ID Can be From Any State.  Passports, Tribal IDs, or other Photo IDs  are NOT Acceptable. 

You need to drive here to recycle

Vehicle Tag

Oklahoma State Law Requires All Scrap Yards to Keep a Record of Customers Vehicle Tag's.  All Customers Trying to Sell any Scrap Material Other Than Alumimun Cans MUST Arrive in a Running Vehicle. 

proof o ownership is a must

Mechanical License?

Selling Anything Like Copper You Will Need to Show Us Your Mechanical or Electrical License.  The Exception to This is to Provide us With a Letter With Your Company''s Letterhead Giving You Permission to Sell, Said Material.

  • APPLIANCES (OF ANY KIND)

  • PAPER / MAGAZINES

  • PLASTIC

  • CARDBOARD

  • GLASS

  • TIRES

  • VEHICLES

  • NO CONVERTERS! ​

  • ANY COPPER WIRE LARGER THAN 4 GAUGE UNLESS PROPER IDENTIFICATION IS PROVIDED

  • MANHOLE COVERS, TRAFFIC AND STREET SIGNS

  • ELECTRIC LIGHT POLES INCLUDING THEIR FIXTURES AND HARDWARE

  • HIGHWAY GUARD RAILS OR METAL BLEACHERS/STANDS

  • FUNERAL OR HISTORICAL MARKERS

  • RAILROAD SCRAP

  • ANY METAL MARKED WITH GOVERNMENT LOGO

  • METAL BEER KEGS

  • NO STOLEN METALS

  • PROPANE BOTTLES OR OTHER CLOSED OR PRESSURIZED BOTTLES
